Login to your Rentpicnic account, click "myBasket" and locate the property that is now rented. Click "Rented" to change the status of your property. People will still be able to search for your property; however, the status will show rented and they will not be able to contact you. |

Can I edit my property once I have listed it? |

| |
Yes. You can change the property details, features, description and images at any time. |

Can I access Rentpicnic on my mobile device? |

Do you have to register for a Rentpicnic account? |
|

If you are simply searching for properties to rent you do not have to register for an account. If you would like to save your favorite Rentpicnic properties you must them register for a free account. Registration is quick and easy. The only information that is collected is your name, username, password and an answer to a question for security purposes.
If you you would like to list your property on Rentpicnic you must register for a free account. Remember, listing your property is also free! |

Can I deactivate my account? |

Yes. If you would like to deactivate your Rentpicnic account, login and navigate to you account page. On the left side of the page under "Actions", click "Deactivate Account". |

What are "flags" and "flagging"? |
|
| |
Users may flag postings they believe to be in violation of Rentpicnic Terms of Use, by clicking on one of the flagging links at the upper right corner of each posting: miscategorized, prohibited or spam/overpost. All properties that have been flagged will be reviewed by a community ambassador. |
