One button re-listing saves you time |
| |
Re-listing your property on Rentpicnic can now be done with the click of a button. This moves your property listing back to the top of search results. Every 7 days you have the opportunity to re-list your property. Other websites ask you to re-categorizes your listing or upload new pictures, which can be time consuming if you manage multiple properties. Rentpicnic saves you time and clicks. |

Rentpicnic now has a private messaging system. Members can send messages to each other without the use of email or phones. Are you afraid of giving out your email or phone number? Keep your details private by sending and receiving private messages. |

You can now share a listing on your favorite social networking site. Want to show your friends a property you're looking at? Or perhaps you're trying to spread the word about a property you would like someone else to rent. Share the listing on facebook, Twitter, mySpace, Digg, Orkut, Live Spaces, Stumbleupon, and reddit. |

Flag Inapproprate Listings |
| |
See something on a listing that isn't appropriate? Simply click the "Flag" button on the top-right of the listing. Our Community Ambassador's will then review each flagged listing for violations of the Rentpicnic Terms of Service. If a violation is found the listing will be removed and the account of the posting member will be suspended. |

Edit Your Listings |
| |
Make a mistake on you original posting? Don't worry, you can edit the posting any time. Click "myBasket" then click "Edit Listing" next to the property you would like to edit. Unlike some sites that don't allow you to edit your listing or offer limited edit-ability - Rentpicnic allows you to edit almost everything. |

My Favorite Properties |

You can now save your favorite properties on Rentpicnic. Simply navigate to the property page and click the "Favorite" button at the top. You can view your saved favorites in your myBasket. |
